Polliator habitats are shrinking daily
Roads and developments have replaced meadows and wildlands, pollinators have lost feeding and nesting sites. Remaining paatches of prairie and meadow have become more disconnected. As the world reaches 8 billion people we are consuming 1,000 acres a day of pollinators habitats. That makes it harder for pollinators to reach new breeding sites or find better habitats.
Birds and the Bees, Bats, Beetles, Butterflies
As they visit flowers to feed on nectar, they carry pollen from plant to plant. This movememnt of pollen from a flower's male stamen to its female stigma -- or that of the next flower -- fertilizes plants nad produces fruits and seeds. most of the world's flowering plants nad crops depend on the hard-working insects and birds we call pollinators. There are over 200,000 pollinators in the world. Without pollinators , we would miss out on many fruits, vegetables, and nuts -- not to mention chocolate and coffee.

Growing our Reach
Furthering our cause is the most important goal of our organization. We seek to support, empower, and provide high-quality resources to our community in a safe and secure environment. Our success isn’t measured in terms of wealth or profit margin, but by the value, we provide to those we serve.

Here at Monarch society fox river valley, Inc., we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change. Since our beginnings in 2000, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded our Non-Profit upon: support, empowerment, and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Monarch society fox river valley, Inc. emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
